1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TransformWebsites website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TransformWebsites provides website design and development services for businesses in the transformation industry, including retreats, coaches, and co-livings. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Website redesigns and optimization
  • Content strategy and copywriting
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • Post-launch support and maintenance

3. Project Terms

When you engage our services:

  • Timeline: We aim to deliver completed websites within 7 business days from the kickoff call, subject to timely receipt of all required assets and information from you.
  • Revisions: One round of revisions is included in every project. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.
  • Content: You are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and brand assets. We are not liable for inaccuracies in client-provided materials.
  • Support: 30 days of post-launch support is included for bug fixes and minor adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms and pricing will be outlined in individual project proposals.
  • A deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before the website goes live.
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content created specifically for your project.
  • We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, or tools used remain our property.
  • Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all requested materials and feedback in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have the rights to use any content you provide
  • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
  • Maintain your own backups of provided content and assets

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransformWebsites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

8. Warranties

We provide our services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee specific business results (such as increased bookings or revenue) from website redesigns. Past results referenced in case studies are specific to those clients and circumstances.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
